Recently, a new book was published in Turkey about the deportation and extermination of the Armenian Catholics of Ankara. This was reported by the Istanbul newspaper “Akos.”
The book “Events in Ankara” was written in 1921 by Istanbul Armenian from Ankara Simon Arakelian. The book was written in Turkish for the Armenian-speaking user.
Subsequently, the book was translated and presented in modern Turkish language by the Armenian publishing house “Aras” operating in Istanbul.
In 1918, Simon Arakelian testified in Turkey as one of the witnesses of the trial on the case of the extermination of the Armenians of Ankara. He emigrated to France in 1922 where he would live until his death in 1939.
P.S. This is a very valuable book because, among other things, it makes it clear one very simple truth. Armenians and the Armenian civilization are exterminated not on a religious basis but on ethnic grounds. I hope the book will be translated into other languages!

Does Simon has children who live in France, any information about that?
