As reported by CNN Türk and tert.am, a religious book dating back to the 800s was discovered in Tigranakert. The police have confiscated this book from four citizens who were attempting to sell it. The four citizens were also arrested.
This unique book has a leather binding and consists of 22 pages. It contains pictures of Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary.
The source mistakenly noted that the book was written in Hebrew. However, Hay Tert, an Armenian periodical in Constantinople, noted that the book was not in Hebrew but in Assyrian.
