The Armenian Patriarchate of Constantinople (Istanbul) has reported a new act of vandalism on its official Facebook page.
On the walls and thresholds of the Armenian Church of St. Archangels in the Balat district of Constantinople, inscriptions and drawings have recently appeared, containing hateful expressions and manifestations of racism.
The Armenian Patriarchate noted that these inscriptions are written in English and Arabic. Videos and photos of the inscriptions were sent to the local police department.
Recall that recently, there has been another similar case with the Armenian church in the Bakırköy district. The walls of the church were completely covered with graffiti and inscriptions.
