Why was Urartu invented, Vahan Setyan

The historical separation of ‘Urartu’ from Armenian Kingdom of Ararat, the creation of people of ‘Urartu’ to separate them from the original Armenian inhabitants of Armenian Kingdom of Ararat, and to isolate its language from the ancient Armenian dialect, were not results of academic due diligence and intellectual discourse, but a deliberate geopolitical tactic by governments to fund academic circles in order materialize the stealing of lands and culture of its ancient inhabitants and to further contribute to the genocide and culturecide of an ancient race.
