Arai Ler – Mount Ara of the Beautiful

Arai Ler – Mount Ara of the Beautiful is an extinct volcano in Armenia, located in the Aragatsotn region, between the Hrazdan and Kasakh rivers. The height of the mountain above sea level is 2577 meters.

According to legend, Mount Araler is the body of Ara the Beautiful. From a distance, the mountain looks like a man lying with his hands on his chest.
