The Astounding Environment of Armenia

It is difficult to express the whole magnificence of the natural environment of Armenia as it is impossible to experience it fully without its sounds and fragrance.

But it is possible to get enjoyment out of the beauty of Armenia’s environment by just watching photos of it. The Armenian nature is unique and recognizable to Armenians from all over the world.

Lake Kari (Armenian: Armenian: Քարի լիճ) located in the slopes of Mount Aragats 3190 meters above the sea level. It is mostly covered with ice and snow.

Mountain Odzasar near Mount Ararat in 5 km from the village of Narek. It looks like Mount Ararat. The higher peak is 80 meters high, and the lower one is 60 meters high. Mountain’s base is located 1390 meters above the sea level. Mount Ararat is visible in Odzasar’s background from certain angle.
