“Stone pipes” of Ancient Armenia

There is an interesting structure in ancient Armenia, built of a huge number of stones, with holes inside, this design was called “Stone pipes”. Their age is estimated at 3,000 years.

Officially, they were created to transport water from the mountains to the city, in other words, these stones are the remains of an ancient aqueduct.

All the stones are perfect squares, moreover, they are all the same size. I do not think that the ancient civilization found so many stones of the same size, and dragged them over large distances their sizes were “adapted” from much larger stones.

If we imagine that all this was done with primitive tools, how long did it take to do it?
