Artsakh Is An Integral Part Of Armenia – Alexander Myasnikyan’s Decree From June 12, 1921

“Nagorno-Karabakh annexed to Armenia – based on the statement of the Revolutionary Committee of the Soviet Socialist Republic of Azerbaijan and the agreement reached between the governments of Armenia and the Soviet Socialist Republic of Azerbaijan, which states that Nagorno-Karabakh is currently an integral part of the Soviet Socialist Republic of Armenia.”
