The policy of peace ensured by the occupant troops of Russia specified in the document published below is a very “interesting” imperial policy adopted at the time by the Bolsheviks. This policy is still pursued by the modern Kremlin.

In just a couple of words, you can say one thing: everything that is happening today are echoes and attempts to repeat relatively recent history (100 years). The goal is the same as a hundred years ago – the demolition of the Armenian statehood and the extermination of the Armenian ethnos.
And the participants are the same – Russia, Turkey, and Azerbaijan. Only the faces are different.
From the telegram of the People’s Commissar for Foreign Affairs of RSFSR G. Chicherin to the member of the Caucasian Bureau of the Central Committee of the Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) and the Caucasian Front G. Ordzhonikidze on the inadmissibility of the assignment of the disputed territories to any of the parties; on their temporary occupation by Russian troops; and on the creation of local authorities.

…Karabakh, Zangezur, Shusha, Nakhichevan, and Julfa should join neither Armenia nor Azerbaijan and should instead be under the Russian occupation forces with the creation of local councils, for another solution would disrupt our peace policy required by the general situation.”
