The Genealogical Tree of Noah After The Great Flood

Engraving of 1749 by John Hinton.

This picture was published in an English magazine. Here Armenia is represented as the homeland of mankind after the great flood.

In the engraved picture the Tower of Babel is positioned on the left with workers erecting ramps.

The genealogical tree of Noah along with the names of different tribes and people emerging from the upper part of the ark is in the center over the name of Armenia.

To the left of it are portrayed pairs of animals lined up on a hill.

Now the picture is at the disposal of the British Museum.
