Azerbaijan Begins Full-Scale Military Actions Against Artsakh

Azerbaijan has begun full-scale military actions against the Republic of Artsakh, according to an official statement from Artsakh’s representation in Armenia.

“At the moment, the capital Stepanakert, other cities, and villages are under intense artillery fire,” the statement says.

It should be noted that the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense previously stated that “Azerbaijan has begun local anti-terrorist activities aimed at restoring constitutional order.”

Measures taken have been communicated to the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent and the leadership of the Joint Turkish-Russian Monitoring Center.”
