Aram Terzyan – Commander of the “Revenge” detachment

The commander of the “Revenge” detachment Aram Terzyan (Aram Kaitsak, Aram Lightning) – the hero of Hachn and Cilicia, said in his address to the Turks:

“Cowardly animals, have pity on your soldiers, instead of shooting them in the back, go to the front line and see how the Armenians are able to meet you in reality.

On that day, 300 Turks were killed in the battle and there were 15 losses from the Armenian side.
