Norayr Kamalyan – Remembering the Heroes of Armenia

On July 31, 2014, Norayr Kamalyan along with his comrades stood before a large sabotage group of Turks trying to infiltrate the Martakert region of the Artsakh Republic from Azerbaijan.

The boys repulsed the enemy’s attack, preventing the attack from escalating into a bloody raid in our rear, and forced the elite unit of the Transcaucasian Turks to take flight, inflicting heavy losses on them.

In this battle, Norayr showed the miracles of courage inherent in the Armenian Warrior, rushing at several armed askers and defeating them while himself unarmed.
