In the beginning, there was Ar*. And Ar* is Ararich (Creator, Heavenly Origin). Ar has no beginning and is absolute. Outside of time, He created the World. Therefore, the World also has no beginning and is likewise absolute. Ararich is one, but there are many gods. And the World created by the Heavenly Origin is polytheistic.
Each god is a child of Ar, each god is a radiant Spirit, each god is a cosmic Force, each god is immortal Might. And these gods established the will of Ar throughout the World, governing every movement, relation, sensation, will, thought, and love.
And Anahit* was the Mother of Gods. The Mother – a coveted mystery of creation, an entire world of fertility, an exaltation of mercy, a liturgy of hope, a melody of love, a sanctuary of longing, the fragrance of happiness.
Anahit bore children for Ar – immortal gods – and nourished and caressed them with her maternal warmth.
Ar was absolute, and His Children were perfect. Vahagn* was also perfect. But his perfection was restless – a fiery youth, the most fearsome son of Ar, the strongest God of the World.
In the boundless universe, Vahagn is a cosmic force, among all Suns – a scorching fire, among stars – the source of light, among all spirits – the most majestic, among gods – the God of Might.
His birth was marked by a very strong cosmic tremor. The gods rejoiced at the sight of Vahagn. Astghik* sealed a kiss of love on his forehead and tied to his arm a War Cross woven from stars, so that the might of Vahagn would be invincible.
The artisan Tir revealed to Vahagn the secret of creation so that he could stand guard over it. Mithra*, the light-emitting, gave Vahagn a mace, forged from a thousand and one suns.
Vahagn took great delight in playing with the mace. No god could compete with him in throwing the mace. Vahagn would throw the mace and then find it on distant planets.
And one day, having thrown his mace as usual, he set out to find it. Vahagn visited many planets until he reached Earth. There he found his mace, half-buried in the soil. Right before Vahagn’s eyes, the mace expanded in size while still anchored to the ground, taking up a vast elevated area.
It then became covered in lush greenery, from which the prongs of the mace shone like bare cliffs facing the sky. It was a beautiful sight. Enthralled, Vahagn couldn’t take his eyes off it for a long time. He then spoke to Earth:
“You could not possibly hold the mace of an almighty God on your chest as an ornament with your own strength.”
And Earth replied
“Oh, almighty Vahagn, above you there is only Ar – the Progenitor of both you and me. By the will of Ar, this mace pierced my chest so that, nourished by the power of a thousand and one suns, I may give birth to divine blessings for the immortal gods to enjoy.”
Vahagn liked Earth’s answer and summoned all the gods. The gods were amazed and turned to the wise Tir to explain this phenomenon. And perceptive Tir said:
“All this happened by the will of Ar. Father Ar will create a new god. And Mother Anahit will give birth to this god right here, on Earth. This will be Earthly Ayg* – the first Earthly God. And this place will become the cradle of the Earthly God – Ararat.”
And the gods decided to adorn the future cradle, giving it an appearance worthy of gods. With his skillful fingers, Tir shaped mountain ridges to the north and south to protect the newborn god from the winds blowing from the steppes. Tsovinar, the Queen of Waters, created seas on the western and eastern borders of the cradle and adorned the cradle itself with lakes and rivers.
Vahagn lit up the Sun directly above the cradle in the sky, so that it would always be light and warm in the cradle. Loving Astghik scattered flowers and roses, perfumed the air, filled it with birdsong, and brought various animals to life, so that the newborn god could live as befits a god in Ararat.
And the God of Justice, Mihr (Mitra, Mher), grew the Tree of Life right in the middle of the cradle so that the gentle rustling of its leaves would always remind the new God of the divine life-giving covenant.
The gods created the cradle of the Earthly God and were themselves amazed by it. It was so wondrous and beautiful that even Ar and the Mother Goddess Anahit were not indifferent to its beauty and would sometimes descend to take a stroll there. The gods often visited Earth.
They would ascend the two-headed Masis, from where all of Ararat could be seen, and amuse themselves there. And the skilled Tir erected a magnificent throne on top of Mount Aragats, where Father Ar would sometimes sit. The gods came to him, received his paternal blessing, and then flew back to Masis to continue their games.
The Birth of Ar
AR = Aryan root, meaning creation, genesis. In the Armenian language, words with the syllable “ar” are pronounced with a short soft “r,” like the English letter “r”. ARA = Ar /creation/ – Ah /power/ = Power of Creation, Ararich /Creator/, Father. The expression Ara among the Iranians is Ahura, among the Hindus is B(a)rahma, among the Russians is Yar /Yarilo/.
ANAHIT /ANNA/ = An /birth/ – Ah /power/ = Power of Birth, Mother Goddess. ARARAT = Arar /creation/ – At /place/ = Place of Creation, Cradle of the Aryan People. In Iranian traditions, Ararat is called Ariana Vaeja, which means Homeland of the Aryans. In the same sense, in Indian traditions, it is called Ariavarta, in Sumerian traditions – Aratta, in Assyrian traditions – Urartu.
This already justifies that Ararat is the Cradle of the Aryan Race, from where the Aryans spread around the world and formed various Aryan languages. And in Ararat, the remaining Aryans came to be called Armen, and Ararat was also called Armenia. Moreover, representing Ararat as the sacred Biblical mountain is a falsification. Even the Bible states that Noah’s Ark rested on the mountains of Ararat, not on Mount Ararat. The sacred mountain is called Masis.
AR = Earthly God.
ARYANS /ARYAN/ = The name of one of the natural Clans /Species/ of humanity. Descendants of the Earthly God Ary.
ARMEN = Ari – Man, Men /human, people/ = God-men /Sky-dwellers/, Aryans. In fact, the Aryan Race can also be called the Armenian Race. However, the name Armen is reflected only in two pagan cultures: the Ararat Aryans and the Germans – /G/erman or Alemanni.
AZG = Blood genetic integrity. It contains the Aryan root – AZ /origin/ – Azg, Ethnicity, Nation.
AIG /High/ = Fiery, fire-born, God.
