On October 7, Co-Chair of the Armenian National Committee of Canada Shahen Mirakian spoke about the consequences of the Artsakh war on the CBC Power & Politics program on Canadian public television.
During a live interview with host Vassy Kapelos, Shahen Mirakian revealed the Turkish-Azerbaijani provocations and raised the issue of the suspension of arms supplies by the Canadian government to Turkey. He also said that by supporting Turkey, Canada is becoming a fourth party to the conflict.
