Aram I, the Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia, announced on his Facebook page that the time has come for Artsakh’s international recognition.
“The time has come for the international recognition of Artsakh. In particular, the diaspora with its preachingand relatively wide opportunities is called to hold high the flag of recognition of Artsakh.
Every step taken by cities, states, and organizations can make its potential contribution to the recognition of the independence of Artsakh by the international community,” said Catholicos Aram I.
