In 1919-1921, Avetik Isahakyan actively participated in the preparation and organization of Operation Nemesis. In the house of Isahakyan, Soghomon Tehlirian was often talked about, and according to some sources, the assassination of Talaat had initially been entrusted to Isahakyan.
During this time, Avetik Isahakyan repeatedly met Soghomon Tehlirian in Berlin and studied photos of Talaat with him. These checks were aimed at locating Talaat who had settled in Berlin in early 1921 under the guise of merchant Ali Sali Bey.
On March 15, 1921, Isahakyan was standing on the other side of Hardenburg Street, waiting for Tehlirian to assassinate Talaat. If for some reason Tehlirian was unable to carry out the plan, then Isahakyan would do it instead.
Isahakyan also played an important role in Tehlirian’s acquittal. He has been one of the organizers of the assassination and has been at the center of events. This would be later confirmed by numerous letters and notes sent and addressed to him.
Three letters about Isahakyan were kept in the Yeghishe Charents Museum of Literature and Art with the signature “Artashes”, one of which says: “Dear Avo, I am writing you a letter asking on behalf of Mushegh, Hakob, and me that you work for us in Berlin so that we are allowed to enter the Caucasus through Germany and Ukraine. Then, Ashot will also join us. Therefore, we ask you to work hard in this direction.”
The author of the letter was People’s Avenger Artashes Gevorgyan who in the summer of 1922 along with Stepan Tsagikyan and Petros Ter-Poghosyan assassinated Dzhemal Pasha in Tbilisi, the direct organizer of the Armenian massacre in Khotorjur.

Do you have a Archive information to validate that Avetik Isahakyan was in Operation Nemesis and he was standing on the same street during the Talaat Pasha's assassination? I heard that it is roomer. i jut want to know if it is valid?
you are mentioning "according to some sources" ? what sources?
In such a case, the sources may be the archives of the special (intelligence) services, which, as it seems to me, made this information public. I do not have these sources. However, I may be wrong; search, and maybe you will find more than this publication.
