An ancient site in Tigranakert (Diyarbakir) in occupied Armenia, which they call “Hirbemedon tepe”.
Most people do not know about this ancient site, which is located along the west bank of the upper Tigris River.
It was a very strategic and important region for thousands of years and was a gateway to and from Armenia for the ancient Egyptian, Mediterranean, and Mesopotamian kingdoms and tribes.
