Sensational Article On The Astronomical Significance Of Karahunj

A sensational article on the astronomical significance of Karahunj was published in the scientific periodical of the Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory “Communication”.

The article brings up the structure’s age calculated mathematically, which is more than 30,000 years.

Also mentioned are the connections of the astronomical complex with the constellation Angegh and the ancient site of Portasar. As a result of analysis and calculations, Karahunj was determined to be the oldest astronomical structure in the world and the source of Armenian civilization.
